Kimberly Krauss, born and raised in New Bern, North Carolina, brings a rich and varied background to the Flatlands Jessup Insurance Group. After earning a certificate in Esthetics from Pamlico Community College in 2013, she worked in the field until 2019 before transitioning to fulfilling roles assisting two neurosurgeon offices.
Kimberly also cherishes her part-time time at Brantley’s, a beloved family restaurant in Pamlico County where she’s worked since she was 17. Her extensive experience in customer service has made her a natural at building relationships and providing top-notch service.
