Liz Kornacki

Liz Kornacki is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience, including more than a decade in the financial industry. She holds a B.S. in Human Resources from the University of Richmond. Her last role was as the Director of HR and Operations Manager at The Abbate Agency, where she oversaw HR operations for seven offices in Virginia.

She is happily married to Alec, and together they have three daughters, a granddaughter, and two grandsons. Her family is completed by their beloved yellow lab, Sandy. Currently, Liz and her family are in the process of transitioning their home from Richmond, VA, to Emerald Isle, NC.

In her free time, Liz loves spending time with her family, traveling to the Caribbean, and enjoying the beach. She also enjoys playing pickleball, reading, and exploring the North Carolina coast. Liz’s wealth of experience and passion for her work make her an invaluable addition to our team.
