Tap Perry

A Washington, NC native, Tap Perry brings a little bit of everywhere to the Flatlands Jessup team. After graduating from NC State (where he remains a die-hard Wolfpack fan), Tap chased experience over routine—working on a ranch in Wyoming, diving into mortgage lending, and navigating the fast-paced world of tech sales. His well-rounded background makes him just as comfortable wrangling spreadsheets as he is casting a line.

 Tap actually got his first taste of Flatlands back in 2019 during a college internship, and now, a few years and adventures later, he’s come full circle. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him in the great outdoors—hunting, fishing, golfing, or perfecting the fly-fishing skills he taught himself. Whether he’s closing deals or landing trout, Tap brings energy, enthusiasm, and a steady hand to everything he does. We’re excited to have him back on the team!
